Thank you for taking the time to visit Taylor Wimpey’s consultation website and learn more about our proposals for a high-quality, sustainable extension to Bourne.

Taylor Wimpey is currently preparing a Detailed planning application for up to 326 homes on land to the north of Mill Drove. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes in a mix of housing type and tenures that link the site to the wider community. The site will also deliver new outdoor community spaces for the area set within a healthy landscape of green infrastructure.

Taylor Wimpey held a public exhibition event, where members of the public could view our proposals and speak to the project team in-person. This was held on 17 February 2026 between 14:30 and 18:30 at 1 Hub Bourne, Queens Road, Bourne, PE10 9DX.

The deadline for submitting feedback via the online form was 20 February 2026.

All feedback shared via this website and at the exhibition event will be reviewed as we continue to finalise our proposals and prepare a planning application for submission to South Kesteven District Council in the coming months.
